An Amicus brief on restrictive ballot access laws

From SCSJ just filed an amicus brief in a case before the North Carolina Supreme Court. The case, Libertarian Party of North Carolina, et al. v. State of North Carolina, involves a challenge to North Carolina’s restrictive ballot access laws. SCSJ presented to the court many compelling policy arguments for less restrictive ballot access laws. Eight other organizations signed on to this amicus brief.
